Upgrade Cordova Application (2.9.0 to 6.0.0)

The Project We have a Cordova 2.9.0 application that needs to be updated to Cordova 6.0.0. The current applications targets iOS, Android and Windows. There are no functional changes to the application, just a upgrade of Cordova, along with any updates/changes required to the libraries used by the application. The Cordova 2.9.0 application uses the following libraries. You will need to ensure these work with the upgraded application.
