Hi I think I can help you with the project. Experienced Rails developer, based in Sydney and available immediately. To replace bower you have several options: 1. If you have older Rails (<5) you can manually drop you bower components to vendor/assets folder 2. If you have newer version you may use npm to install dependencies. Modern Rails support assets in node_modules folder. And I recommend to check mina if you re not happy with capistrano Thanks
