Hello! I can do this project. Unfortunately in my portfolio there is nothing similar and all have to be done almost from scratch, so the slightly high price. I would suggest you to complete this project on wordpress. In this case admin part will be done quickly. Wordpress already has the capability to create user accounts and authorization, good capabilities for slide show, plugins for payment systems and much more. I have my site and most of the work I can do there if you currently do not have the resources to do this. If I will have all need information from you, I will do this job for a month. For project management I can provide you access to my tracker service where you can set and schedule tasks, report bugs and other stuff. Thank you.
