Reusable Form for every Website

A General form must be created, which can be inserted in any website independently from the websites HTML, CSS and Javascript Code. Requirements • The General Form must implemented pixel perfect from the design into HTML, CSS and Javascript • The General Form must work and look exactly the same on any other website, where it is integrated • The General Form is part of Slider which can be opened on click on the website • The General Form consists of: 3 Dropdown fields, 3 text fields, 1 Date & Timepicker, 2 Radio Buttons, 1 Checkbox, 1 CTA Button • Javascript Validation must work on any website • HTML, CSS, and Javascript must be unique so it can be use in any website • It must be responsive • CSS must be written SASS • HTML must be without any errors by W3C Validator • Everything must be written in pure Javascript or Typescript. No JS Libraries can be used! • Everything including HTML must be packed in one Javascript library • General form must be inserted on any website via one Javascript File.
