Integration functionality to WooCommerce Subscription API

We are a quarterly journal for which Digital edition will be available via a third party. For each print subscription, we will offer our subscribers a free digital subscription. We're setting up WooCommerce subscription + membership for the relaunch of our site.

We need to be able to send the digital Edition company a unique code for each new subscriber so they know to grant them free digital access. They suggest this can be done via API.

I emailed WooCommerce and got the following reply:

Neither Subscriptions or Memberships have the ability to send a unique code with a purchase by default, but you could use Subscriptions and tie into it's API to custom-develop the integration functionality you need. Here's more info on that: [url removed, login to view]

I'm looking for someone who can develop the integration functionality to tie into WooCommerce Subscriptions's API.
