SEO Ranking page 1 in google

I am looking for SEO Experts for an important job. You must be able to get my website ranked on Google's first page for my chosen keywords within 1 month or less. I have done this myself with a similar site but am too busy acting as Admin on that site to take this on again. This job is for backlinking ONLY, there is no on-site SEO or consulting needed. The tasks are simple for any SEO expert worth his name and can be automated with SENuke or Bookmarking Demon, Xrumer and Scrapebox (Yes these tools can be used for WhiteHat!). If you do not know how to use your automation tools for WhiteHat you do not belong doing SEO. I would just purchase these different services one by one, but I rather have one person or team do this for me in a centralized manner so that it creates a clean linkwheel and everything fits organically for google. I know what I want and know how the work is done so I can't be mislead. You will need to submit 3 weekly reports on what is being done and one final project report, but there is no need to reveal your exact methods until the final report. Although I do not want Black Hat methods used just to get my ranking up, because it will quickly drop soon after. As far as I am concerned that is cheating me out of my money, and will void the contract of the job. The website is optimized for these keywords so you don't have to worry about on-site SEO, because I already did that. This is not a consulting job or on-site job this is for a backlinking campaign only. The task is not hard hence the price is not high. I have used the same methods with other sites by hiring multiple different freelancers to do different backlinking tasks and it only takes a month and a few different strategy's to rank on page 1 of google. Anyone who truly knows SEO will know this is done with a little work per day. The kind of stuff that will be needed is "linkwheels", permanent one way links, forum post's/profiles, etc etc. This should give a good idea of what you are getting into and whether or not you personally can do this job. I will take no excuses or shorts on this as it is a critical project of mine. If everything goes well there will be much future work in store for you working with me! Now on the the legal part... Payment to the person/company who gets the job is only given if the site is ranking on page 1 of Google by or before the end of 1 month after the job is taken (that's 4 weeks or 28 days). The site could be at any position on page 1 but it must be page 1. If the site is not ranked on page 1 by the end of the project month then you do NOT get paid. It is as simple as that, make sure you understand this clearly. There are no exceptions to this rule. Also as I have said before there must be no use of illegal Black Hat SEO to achieve this rank, doing so will also void payment. Upon job finish there must be a detailed report of methods used, this will not be required in weekly updates. You may not do anything that will get my site banned by Google.
