SEO my Website

I require an SEO expert to place my website on the top of google search rankings. The wordpress website is for my health clinic, in which i offer medical services covering two major cities in England, UK. By the end of the project, the website should be at the top of google search rankings for related keywords in the following two cities: Bradford and Leeds. The website should also have high google search rankings for 4 surrounding cities: Brighouse, Dewsbury, Batley, and Huddersfield. I understand quite of work and time will be required over a couple of months, so please do submit a realistic offer, as i will also have future work for you too. The website will be complete over the next few days, so the SEO work will start around February 1st 2017. The SEO expert must be literate in the way google's updated algorithm works in the UK.
