I have a property database (MS SQL Server 2003) where real estate agents are posting and un-posting (unpublishing) properties in this database. All "published" properties are available to search within a public website (like a property company website). So when someone is looking for a property, what they are actually doing is browsing or searching the database which my real estate agents are managing from within the database application. The problem with this is that Google spider or whatever google uses is unable to rank this data like it would normally find in html / asp or php pages. I want an expert who can tell me the solution, and possibly be paid a monthly seo fee of $100 to constantly help ensure that we get good results.
