iPad App/Site

I need someone to develop an iPad app. It should also run on iPhone. It will serve as an advertising tool to promote our products - it's mainly a company web site. The app will have 6 pages: (1) Home, (2) Software, (3) Hardware, (4) Industry Solutions, (5) About Company - 2 pages. 1. On each page: Top panel will have the "Category", "Favorite", and "Home"(that stays regardless what page you’re on; like the Apple Store). Bottom panel will have the icons that can link back to Home, Software, Hardware, Industry Solutions, and About Company (static images like the Apple Store) 2. Each page will have a section with an animated gif (images you'll need to extract from our current web site's flash program yourself) and another section with images that link to our web site for product brochures/white papers. I cannot pay an advance so don't even ask for it. I would prefer 80 % of the payment to be made after apple store's approval. Thanks!
