Companies database application for Android and iOS

Hello, we need a developers who can make an application which will work in Android and iOS. A short project summary: We have an website, were is one countries companies database with a lot companies details (Adress, Phone, Mail and other things); We need that this info was reachable via mobile phone (application); What we hoping from developer(s): a) Ability to create an application for both platforms (Android and iOS); b) Short term – we hopping that developers will work fast; c) A clear and precise schedule for developement; d) Reasonable price; What developer will have to do: a) Develop a application on given design; b) In application should be ability to search (using web DB) companies by Name; Scope, City (all companies has those attributes); c) In application should be ability for user to add/remove have favorite companies; d) In application should be ability to browse categories (Scope); e) In application should be ability show results in list (if is more than one result) f) Application should show all given company info, when user looks to company profile g) In application should be ability to work with maps – show company on the map; h) In application should be ability to work with GPS – for example to show a companies who sells coffe in 2 km radius i) Application should load and work fast: 1) Fast loading when app is turn on 2) Fast search 3) Fast results loading in company lists Attached an mockups of application design; API will be provided.
