Time/Resource Management Game for iOS/Android (Unity Based)

Project Description: We are searching for a company or team that can basically build a complete Time/Resource Management Game. Similar to lots of other titles in this spectrum of games. The closest example I can provide is: [login to view URL] (Using the game Pioneer Lands as an example). The company/team selected should have at least one demonstrable example of a game in this genre. You will be responsible for the following; 1. GDD (Game Design Document) - Describing the resource allocation and fundamental mechanics 2. Actual Game Development in Unity3D (This will be an isometric/2.5D game, but we are using unity for all of our development projects) 3. Art Design - Must be able to take our concept elements and give them a very polished illustrative output for use in the game. We will be handling building, publishing, quality assurance testing and providing feedback on the progress. The theme of this game will be based on two parts: Colonization of America from 1607 through 1775 (the original 13 new england colonies; following the first phase of building your colonies, then the second phase of the game will be based on the ride of Paul Revere and the start of the American Revolutionary War. The idea is to have the colonies built and banded together in order to fight the "British" during the war that lasted from 1775 through 1783. There will be light 2D Animation, effects and other in-app purchases involved in the creation of this game. We are looking for a solid team that can pull this off, as our staff is absolutely buried in work presently. You must have experience with Source Control software (we use Mercurial - HG for our check-ins) and of course should be well versed in C# as it pertains to Unity3D. We are also expecting that you have current licenses for your staff. IMPORTANT: I need to see specific examples of work that were done in the creation of a Resource/Time Management .
