I have gone through the attached document and here are some of my remarks: -> We will set up a database that will save the input data of client details, appliance details and servicing details. -> The design of the application will be responsive on all the latest browsers and small screen devices. -> The drop-down lists will be manageable from the admin portal. -> Google Maps will be integrated as well with inputted customer shown as a pin on the map. On clicking the pin it will display the data of the client. -> SMS API will be integrated as well.
