Uber clone (iphone/ipad, Android)

I need an iphone/ipad app to be developed. This will be an Uber like Taxi service with three parts: Server - this one is ready and just needs to be integrated Taxi driver app - Allows to login (registration only on server to avoid illegal drivers), set driver as available to hire (should track location and send it to server), get notification for incoming orders with ability to accept or skip, then driver will see a map with client location and his route grayed out, once he is close to user - “client in car” button appears and then driver tap it and ride starts with map and navigation on it. Driver can end ride, review automatic price calculation and send it to client (money should be on client’s deposit, only virtual money allowed, no cash). Client app - allows login and register with phone validation. Then client should put money to deposit. To start a ride client set pick up point, one or several ride points on map, set car tier (economic, normal, lux), set driver’s possible tips. Then user post his order and has 5 minutes to cancel the order for free. Once driver accepted the order, client getting a notification and map shown with taxi position on it. When taxi arrived user get a notification about it. At the end of the ride, user allowed to choose to tip driver with previously selected amount of money (TBD), leave a feedback and rate the driver and his car, money automatically sent to driver’s deposit. Most logic are already done on server, all API is ready. Please send me a detailed estimation of cost/hours/duration for design and implementation each app separately. Both apps should be beautiful and easy to use. Swift is preferred, but I accept Obj-C for now too. Will be a plus if you provide two estimations for each language.
