23525 Corporate Website & Corp Logo

This posting is for a new company website, which has three divisions. This website development will be unique. The website will have four major sections. Each major section will have a homepage for the section. The Corporate section will have a homepage, the media have a homepage, the publishing will have a home page, and the broadcasting will have a home page. Each home page will have some kind of flash header or section on each home page. The website will have a stylish intro page but no flash involved on the intro page. Each part of the website will have between 15 - 20 pages. Basically with the looks of 4 websites in one but one company so really one large website. On the intro page customers can click if the want to go into the corporate site or one of the corporate divisions. Also apart of this is a strong corporate logo with great graphic development. I need this website quickly and need someone that will put good quality work and strong graphic and development in the project. Only the home pages for each section will be dynamic the rest will be static and display simple information. I will need a CMS to modify and change information. I am attaching a layout of how I want the divisions home pages and the umbrela home page combined with flash headers
