Help! Quick & Small Job For Website For good website designers!

Hello all, I tried to work on all these problems myself, but spent much time on them and couldn’t get it the way I needed it. I'm not a website designer, but am learning little as I go along. Each time I did a change, I also messed up the clock code that was inserted into the code. I need your help! Preferably experienced website designers, as I want to complete the project quickly. I use godaddy as my hosting provider so you know. And FTP is required. If you can do this job for under $30, preferably anywhere between $10-20, please let me know as I honestly don’t have a big budget to work with currently (which is why I tried doing the changes myself). If you have any references to show, please let me know. I would like to have the job done within 1-2 days of beginning the project (you can take more days if necessary, but it shouldn’t take that long). I use paypal as a method of payment.
