Create Java J2SE General Purpose API for printing

This is a simple J2SE (v8) project to actually print text on a printer using common hardware (printers) in a Windows environment. Print content is of limited graphics for simple boarders and a simple line (drawn across the page), but mostly text with simple, limited fonts. No postscript, PDL, PCL, PJL or printer escape sequencing expected (but not certain). Input to be printed will always be Java String content, which is UTF-16. Printing is accomplished via OS installed printers using device drivers. No raw data stream creation is expected.
