Expand on already existing minecraft plugin in java

Hello, I have a 3/4 finished but working plugin from a previous freelancer. Essentially, I need to get the bugs out of the bukkit minecraft plugin and get it fully functional. Freelancer should be willing to work with me over the course of a few days off and on, and communicate in order to test and get plugin fully functional. Freelancer should also have their own shell to test it on. Unfortunately, the prior freelancer stopped work after payment (foolish of me to release the cash before fully testing it.) A couple functions in it do not work. I need the new freelancer to also agree to recompile it every so often to ensure it continues to work with the server. Freelancer should know Minecraft and Bukkit as well as be versed in java. Time is a major factor. This is not a huge project and should be able to be completed in minimal man hours by a professional. Source code will be supplied on bid acceptance.
