Implementation of Cloudhopper SMPP

Cloudhopper SMPP is an open source JAVA Project. We need to implement the following with it's library: 1. Authentication of User with MySql Database 2. Allow Users to bind transmitter to our cloudhopper smpp server i. Either generate a 30 character unique alphanumeric message id or fetch mysql_insert_id and Send it as message_id ii. Save messages to mysql database (Table Structure will be provided) iii. Save splitted message via UDH as single message in the mysql database while providing individual message_id iv. Handle Unicode Messages v. Handle Special Characters like "@", "Rupee Symbol" in CHARSET_GSM 3. Allow Users to bind receiver to our cloudhopper smpp server i. Send Delivery Response by fetching in mysql table (Table Structure will be provided) 4. Bind smpp Client transmitter and receiver to some remote server i. Store message_id received from remote server ii. Store Delivery response with time of delivery iii. Handle Special Characters like "@", "Rupee Symbol" in CHARSET_GSM iv. Handle Unicode Messages v. Handle Long Messages 5. Option to increase or reduce number of smpp sessions by users connected to our server (Must be stored in mysql) 6. Option to limit TPS (Throughput Per Second) of any user connected to our server in run-time (Must be stored in mysql) 7. Option to add new smpp connection as client and define number of TX and RX sessions. We would prefer it to be done through MySql and changes should apply automatically through mysql fetch. To be more clear, We could run an insert or an update in mysql and it should automatically fetch the real time data and add and reduce number of sessions or connections. 8. Both SMPP Client and Server should restart automatically upon reboot of Linux (Centos) Server. 9. Need complete documentation of the above tasks along with source code so that we would be able to implement it in-house in next server or in case of crash
