Text backlinks needed for wedding/bridal fashion website. I need permanent high quality PR4+ backlinks from high quality web pages with the following conditions. 01. Permanent, static, one way (non-reciprocal) 02. Relevant & High-quality websites (English language) 03. Links must be from a different domain and IP address (Geographically diverse, different class-C IP address block) 04. Link must use a variety of supplied anchor text key phrases 05. Page containing link must be PR4+ (not home/main page) 06. Link must not be on pages with more than 20 outbound links 07. Pages must have been cached in Google within past 30 days 08.
