Create a live audio-broadcast web application with admin and client modules

Deliverable: * Client Application: * A list of nearby available locations will be presented to the user when the website is open. * The list of nearby locations should only contain a maximum of 5 locations based on the client's lattitude and longitude. * Once the location is set, it remembers the location preference and plays a streaming live audio from the selected location. * Broadcaster Application: * An admin can only login to his own location on the website. * There is a broadcast button that is enabled based on specific times of the day. I can give you a json file with specific times for locations when it has to be enabled for. * When the broadcast button is clicked, any audio that is said to the mic is streamed to the clients who has subscribed to that location. * Super-Admin: * Super admin can add locations with name, lattitute, longitude. * Super admin can add broadcaster. * Super admin can assign broadcaster to multiple locations. This application should be developed and deployed on AWS infrastructure.
