Hello! I am looking for someone to teach me how to program in Ruby. Hopefully once I get that down I will be prepared enough to be taught Ruby on Rails. I tried reading books and watching videos but frankly I learn best when being taught by someone and having that interaction. Here are some things I am looking for in a teacher: 1. Deep knowledge of the subject (Ruby and the Rails framework). 2. Ability to meet with me over Skype anywhere from 1-2x a week. 3. Ability to screen share with me to go over code and explain things to me. 4. Ability to give assignments and project even if it's following a book and doing exercises. 5. Must be able to speak English clearly. 6. On days we Skype it will have to be around 9PM Eastern Standard Time. I am looking to pay hourly until I get comfortable with the person. Then perhaps we can move to a monthly plan. Thanks!
