We are looking for someone who is capable of developing a quick web app to consume an API from a POS system using JavaScript and WebSockets from Pusher.js. We already have the connection setup, but need someone to develop the logic to obtain and consume JSON data from the API with event based triggers to update the data and feed it to a front-end. This integration would then be used and embedded inside of various HTML containers to create a Digital Menu. We have all necessary documentation for the API to complete the integration as well as credentials. It would be nice to create a re-usable/customizable "template" with input fields for API variables and front-end style options, but not necessary at this time yet and could be a future update.

I have read details. Can you please tell me if we have to create a web app along with all functions or you only need an interface which provides proper implementation of the API? Relevant Skills and Experience I have worked for creation of APIs as well as I have implemented APIs in past using JSON/XML etc. So it will be an interesting job.
