Hi, I can help you with this, I'm an elec. engineer and CLD with many years experience doing this kind of work. I've looked through the documentation and Labview code you've attached. Unfortunately the vis which do the low level communication are password protected and I couldn't find the Datascan Technical Reference Manual referred to in the user manual.
