Hi i own and oporate a small buisness called madyax ltd you can check us out at [login to view URL] We have recently sold a kayak to a customer and he is now demanding a full refund due to broken accessories on his kayak we have never encountered this problem before with previous customers so we have offered to have it shipped to our workshop for annalasis so we can determine what is wrong but he is determined he wants a full refund are we obligated to comply? The kayak is no longer new he has used it a couple of times now so we would lose money
