Hi, I'm a California based registered patent and trademark attorney and I've worked with my clients with their U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications for over 20 years. My bid is for the preparation of a US application for a trademark registration in one class of goods or services. Official filing fees, typically $275 US, are extra and paid directly to the USPTO via a credit card. Additional time may be needed if the application is rejected by the Examiner which does happen from time to time. Also, a statement of use may be required with additional fees if you have not started using the trademark yet. If you want a TM that is effective in all those countries, you have to register in each of those countries. An "international trademark" through the Madrid Protocol still requires approval of each country, just that you can use the same application - HOWEVER, the Madrid Protocol is available only after you've been registered in one of the member countries, e.g., the USA.
