400 pr 6 + backlinks for 10 websites

Description I require 400 PR 6+ permanent, one-way backlinks,Angela/Paulie type and English language sites only.. PR 6 links should constitute no more than 50% of total, the remainder should be an acceptable level of PR 7,8,9,10 links. 2 anchor texts per link. I will provide you with the necessary Key Phrases to be used as anchor texts. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away. I'd expect them to be picked up in search engines within 1-3 days..
