Reciprocal Links

Need someone to build reciprocal links. I need to find someone good and reliable and can build links for any topic website. Please bid 40$ and tell me in your description of your bid how many links you will build from PR4+ relevant websites. Please bid for the amount of links you will build as a going rate. So if you bid say 80 links I would expect an average price of .50 cents per link. Looking for a long term link builder. -Qaulity links -No javascript or hidden links. -No links to/from link directory or poor qaulity sites. -No links to/from sites that practice black hat or search engine bannable techniques. Granted you dont have to analyze every site, but if see something questionable its best to leave it alone. -No links to/from sites with questionable content. Example: Race Hate Porn ( unless the site is porn based ) and similar. -You may install PHP link management programs if you wish to make it easy to add/remove/manage links. -You may use link building programs if you wish, however no mass/spam programs please. -At least 65% of the links on any site must be relevnt content. -The links page from any site must be linked from the homepage. The link to my site may be deeper than that, that is fine. -You will be responsible for removing links to sites that do not reciprocate. In other words I dont want a bunch of links left on my site that havent responded and arent linking back. -You will be responsible for changing the anchor text of each link many times throughout the campaign. The more different anchor text's the better. This is basically a test project to find the right link builder for me. I have 32 up and running sites, 7 I have already built links on. And another 38 sites to build. My goal is to build more traffic, higher SE rankings, and most importantly high page rank. I want to get each site 6 or better page rank.
