I can do this for you for the minimal amount required for the bid as this is not tough job. Just wanted to know, what do you mean by 'no control panel'? Do you own the server and/or have administrator SSH to it? This is mandatory for installing anything on your server. If you do own the server we would figure out how to gain access to it.
