Hello, I have done a project like this before. about multi-WAN Failover, and load balance that's easy with Mikrotik. But about web Content Filtering, you have to use squid server with ufdbguard it will do this job perfectly. Best Regards,

Content filtering: This is a very vague term. As an example, I did a commercial product for Parental Control, similar to openDNS, but also device specific (something. openDNS can _not_ do). Or I did simple filtering using proxy (squid), both within firmware of router (openwrt/LEDE) or external server. Or I did content modification (http only) using proxy, where filtering is only part of the job. So, please clarify, what you want achieve.
