4G Proxy Server

Hello, Hardware: - Windows or Ubuntu - 5x USB Mobile Sim Dongles - 5x 4G Dataplans - Powered USB 3 Hub I'm looking for somebody to create a repeatable (squid or any other) proxy solution set up on a Windows or Ubuntu. The machine is not on my local WLAN (With a Static IP port forwarding option) but it is connected to several USB dongles with 4g connection. It has to be anonymous (should not be detected as proxy) I would like the proxy to be accessed remotely through Proxy IP:Port, Proxy Username and Password. It has to be anonymous (should not be detected as proxy), reliable and easy to use (i.e. I can proxy into it using ip:port1 for usb dongle 1, ip:port2 for dongle 2 etc.). I will need multiple setups over time and need this to be repeatable. Please tell me how long you would take and what's the best solution in this case. I had earlier done the configuration using below guide and was successfully able to configure but the proxy was not anonymous, i.e. Proxy leak. [login to view URL] The Final proxies should meet the below objective 1>I need these proxies for google scraping (It shouldn't ask for Captas) 2>It should be detected as IP6 and Mobile proxy 3>Anonymity should be 100% 4>API to reset the IP for particular dongle (Its done by disabling and enabling the dongle ethernet connection in Windows, for Linux am not sure) 5>It should not be detected as proxy.
