Magento expandable menu with sliding effect

I would like someone to create a magento category menu with the following feature: 1. To be positioned on the left pane. 2. For each root category to have a + (plus sign) to the right of it if there are children in under that root 3. When a root category is clicked the children categories "Slide" from under the root name in a smooth motion (an example would be like in the slider effects of moo tools ) [login to view URL] full list on the left as default is a set of categories we can define 5. for you to install it on our site until it works on ALL browsers. 6. for it to be completed before 17th Feb The programmer must be fast at answering emails, future work is expected. You must have experience in Magento specifically and not just a good php/ css / javascript programmer
