Market Research - Analysis & Competitors Analysis in Mobile Games Market. - In depth and to the point Market Research - Analysis of 2 niches (1 theme, 1 genre) in the Mobile Games market. Main focus of research required is to define Target Market (Local markets, user profile - demographics / psychographics) for use on Marketing Strategy - plan and initial direction regarding visuals of the Game's prototype (so no surveys yet). - In depth and to the point (to be defined) competitors analysis. (Including target market, monetisation models, revenues etc) The focus is 3 P's of the 4. Product is already done and critical features can be provided to make research efforts and conclusions more accurate. We are looking to define "price" and "place", and foremost "Promotion". We are doing the research in order to help develop efficiently an undeveloped market with it’s findings. For now I'm only interested on the above which is Step 1 the Research - Analysis. I will examine planning (business, financial, marketing) as step 2 alone. If you are interested please demonstrate clearly and convincingly that you are already familiar with the Mobile Games Market (KPI benchmarks, key metrics etc), that you have the "know how" and tools for the job.
