Make face-to-face sales pitches to set up appointments for real estate professional consultations. Best time to visit leads are when homeowners are usually home, Mon-Fri: 4:00pm-8:00pm and Sat-Sun: all day.
Secure all contact information from client, upload client information to company online portal.
Complete company reporting requirements via company portal system accurately and in a timely fashion.
Use your excellent phone and email skills to follow up with your leads and set up appointments for real estate professional consultations.
Build and manage electronic database on company portal of past clients and potential clients.
Build purposeful relationships with our staff of real estate professionals, company front-office and back-office processing team members.
