Deflection calculation for transport container

We are looking at designing a transport container. In-house engineer has come up with a preliminary design, require confirmation of beam sizing. 1) calculate maximum expected deflection with a distributed load of 55,000lbs across the internal floor area 2) propose solution to limit deflection to L/1000 (ideally 1mm/1000mm) If beam size is insufficient, require freelancer to propose solution. Eg. upsize beams, add temporary stiffners (only required during transport). Please see attached MCP100 for project background and design criteria. PDF 100000030 for weldment design.

I am engineer and also dealing with logistics. I can imagine how sensitive is the criteria. 1) I will define material and mechanical properties of the beam and floor. 2) I will try to solve using numerical methods on critical points. a) middle of the beam b) middle of the floor What I need ? 1) Autocad drawings if possible.
