Desktop database of how many users may want to use Application? - What version of MS Access you want used ? Access 2013/2016 ? We can use MySQL as backend, what version of MySQL you want to use ? 2)Systems shall include: Customer list Product list Sales order Inventory Delivery note form PI form invoice Back order report =>Ok, do you have your own designed database tables or you want to refer same designs of tables from NorthWind database and only you want to separate it from Front end? We can have MS Access ODBC DSN Less linked tables of MySQL.  Please confirm that MySQL is on the same server where you are going to run Microsoft Access. In such case you will get a good performance.
