We are in need have an EULA app built into a custom rom. We want the EULA to appear when the device is turned on for the first time and the first time only. The user will read the EULA and then accept it if they do not accept it they can not move on with using the device. After they choose accept they will be able to move on with using the device. The EULA app will remember the choice so it does NOT pop up every time the device is turned on. We do not want this app to use any extra battery life as it should only run once. We will provide the text for the EULA app. If it can be built into the start up process of a custom rom like CM10 that is even better and we will be looking for that first. If it has to be an app that just runs on start up that is fine too but is our second choice.
