Hi, Do you have any server from where we have to download the books to the user device? Can you give more details about security reader feature? Do you want the application for Android / IPhone / Both? If you are planning for both then i would like to suggest you to go with PhoneGap which is cross platform, as its code will be reusable with both technologies and it is more preferred if you are planning for future improvements in it. I can develop this application within specified time. I have developed lot of similar kind of application. I can provide better security for authentication like though username and password is theft still we can easily authenticate the right candidate.
