Pixel perfect HTML5 from PSD page fixes

I need someone who can fix a developers attempt to 5 basic mobile site pages. This should be HTML5 and must match the PSD by the pixel. I don't think this will take someone more than 4 or 5 hours. Person must clean up CSS so it is clear and organize. Must clean up the code as last designer did a bad job. Fix font sizes and positions and place any mobile code needed in the documents. Like the phone code and any mobile css required. Project needs to be done ASAP looking for the right designer to start and be done by 10am tomorrow EST time at the latest. To those individuals that I feel are within my bid (This is not a hard job) I will show them the pages that need to be worked and they can make the final bid. Note I would like to see samples of your pixel perfect work. Can not be late on the deadline must have skype or gtalk so we can knock this out. Looking for a designer with knowledge and a good eye
