Google Map webapp & Android app development for icaps

Details: Developed a Proof Of Concept for Below We are looking for somebody who can build an easy Iphone/Android application. The application will contain easy features: - Google maps will get an content feed by our database (this database contains people and place names) - Showing google with GEO (on or of) or search for specific placename - Search options like: Gender, Age, Place name, Hair color, Is at home, Wants to go out, Available and Phonenumber - When clicking on a found person you will directly open an webpage (here you can sign up or sign in), this sign in part is non of your concern (we will make this by our selves). - App can give push messages whenever you are close to somebody Important is the app is made in clear nice code and can be installed on different devices. Do you bring the app in the store or do we have to do this by our selves? The application will first run in The Netherlands and Belgium.
