Build a community portal app on flutter

Messaging system with message categories which allows broadcasting messages to all users of the app based on the categories they have selected. They will only receive messages in the category they selected. The admin must be also able to send messages which are mandatory (the messages must also send push notifications hen broadcasted. [login to view URL] must be able to sign up with facebook to pull in their image and personal details (admin must have option to add additional user fields including mandatory or optional fields for user profile [login to view URL] booking system that either integrates with this or has the same functionality and look & feel [login to view URL] (most impostant is the abaility to add rules of minumum booking and how far ahead you can book, admin must also be able to block of dates and chose availibility hours of facilities and exceptions) 4. Feedback section with ability to write a title description and category and also a multi picture upload up to 5 images. Depending on what category is chosen this will send an email to a respective email based on which category is chosen. [login to view URL] button - sends an automatic email to an email selected by admin and up to 5 emails or sms's to contacts predefined by user. When pressed it must send the user location to the above details and a message predefined by the admin 6. When a user registers they must have a system generated email address linked to their username which allows individual messages to with push notifications to be sent to each user like invoices or statements. If there is a better way to send docs to individual users suggestions are welcome. 7. There needs to be a web version of the portal which users and admin can log into to update profiles, view mesages and documents
