"A friend with weed is a friend indeed!" Haha - I love it! I must admit, this is one of the first app ideas on freelancer I have seen that I think is truly unique. The amount of dev work to go into something like this is probably more than I'd usually do for $750, but the fact that it is unique / interesting has me wanting to work on this app with you. :) Anyway, the technical aspect of this app is not hard for me, I am sure I can handle it. I think I am in a unique situation to help you out with the app though, as I live in WA state, and as I'm sure you know, Weed is legal here. :) My thinking is that people will be much more likely to share their stash here since there is no chance of having law enforcement do anything about it. However it is a catch-22 because people can also just walk down to the corner pot shop if they need more. It might be a lot easier to get a Beta version of the app off the ground here though.
