To develop a working proof of concept mobile web app to OCR via smart phone camera video, and ideally with barcode scan option, to output document title and author. I can provide/assist with use case stories and wireframes, and cover costs for modules/API/libs if needed, e.g. OCR. Must include sufficient docs/commentary to explain and understand front and backend deliverables. Could be engaged as staged project delivery or hourly with agile/kanban planning/reviews.
