Photo and Video Status Maker Android App

I need an Android app, Photo Editing App where user can create a short video of 15-20 sec which he/she can upload it on Social Media Platforms. Below are the steps to create a Status Video. 1.) Choose a Layout design/filter/themes 2.) Choose a Photo 3.) Add Text 4.) Add Audio 5.) Finish, Export to Cellphone We also need an Admin Panel where Admin can manage each and everything.
