Smartphone E-vault on Android - 200$ - fixed price

Good Afternoon Developers, I'm looking for developer, who is willing to write an simple application on Android environment, which will be supported by all newest and oldest Android OS on smartphones. Application which I want to have, need to be some sort of a cellphone safe, e-vault, where you can store all your passwords, documents and notes, working like a "sand box" where no one can enter, except cell phone user. Needs to be secure and efficient in simple way, so non authorized user can gain access. I would like it to use new functions like fingerprint reader and/or password protect ( 4 digit PIN ) and/or symbol input, when attempting to get access. Of course only right combination ( or fingerprint schema ) will unlock application and allow to see the content - passwords, documents and notes. Application should be secured in way, that no one can get out the data ( sand box ). Code need to be simple, easy to understand and can be written in any available language. At end I will be expecting a code, working application, install package for Android OS and description of the code, what part is doing what. Thank you, Roger ===TIMELINE and Requirements=== Application should be similar to: KEEPER Link: [login to view URL] and AppLock Link: [login to view URL] Must have requirements: * Good Looking and simple Graphic User Interface * Short and simple User Guide, under "Tutorial" or "Info" menu/icon * preferences, where user can change basic option * Start Screen, should ask to create User Profile, with name, master password and/or "draw symbol" and/or "PIN" for locking unlocking access to application * Photo vault, where user can store in secure way photos. * Document vault, where user can attache document and store it in secure way * Vault option, which will create new record in secured database ( local database - application will not connect to external servers or API's - simple application ) containing fields like " title", "web sire address", "email or user name", "password" and "custom fields". Very similar to application KEEPER. * Notes option, where user can type anything he wants which will be saved in app database and secured. * Everything should be stored in secured way on local database, passwords and notes should be encrypted, so whenever phone will be lost, no one will get access to database and passwords and protected files/photos. Should have requirements: * Finger print option for unlocking access to application and stored data ( newer devices with "finger print scanner build in hardware" ) * password generator in "create new record" option - like in KEEPER Could have requirements: * Nice graphics and layouts in GUI * Option to change graphic layout for "Welcome Screen" like in AppLock application ====AT FINISH:==== At end I will be expecting a code, working application, install package for Android OS and description of the code, what part is doing what. Deadline is 2 weeks after project start, plus 1 week time for consultation before project and tests during work progress and with final result tests. Timeline: 3 weeks from project start. Timeline can be negotiated before project starts. No deadline and time frame changes after project starts. No changes in requirements also.
