557312 Rewards Website like fatwallet

Hi All,

I am looking for a website that is similar in nature to fatwallet.com. I do not mind if you use a clone or script as long as it is open source and is using MySQL database. The site will have 3 more features

Yipit -- It will have the deal aggregator feature. Again for this too if you want you can use a clone or script but user database for both users and businesses should be one master database

Pricegrabber -- Users should be able to compare prices from the Internet.

In essence it is a combination of 3 website

Let me know how long will it take and how much. Also please see database for all 3 of them should be one only. A user should be signing in only once and perform any of the function and same for business. The code should be scalable and so should be the database.
