557311 Optimize Database Mysql more 2GB and Affilistore Php SELECT

Hi , I'm using this free script Affilistore with little modification see original GPL script Affilistore in attachement. My database become too big more 2 GB with more 3,500,000 it's on Mysql 5.0.32-Debian_7etch12-log One page load more 10 seconds, see example of long queries in attach file. I think they are bad Index on table, and bad SELECT in php script... What i need : * Optimizing the database of affilistore with my data make the good choice of Index or maybe move to innodb system i don't know. * Re-code one file of the php script to make the SELECT more pretty (i think is this file [login to view URL] (see attachment) * Improve the actual cache files Bonus 10$ more if you can : adding a sub menu of category page see here [login to view URL] i cannot make it works...
