ECommerce Integration between Coldfusion and RingCentral API

We are in need of an API/Webservice call to be created between a custom built ColdFusion shopping cart and a 3PLCentral warehouse management system to share order information. 1) Web Service call from ColdFusion to the 3PLCentral open API to send order information for the order to be fulfilled. Please see attached Order Import Template and Flexible Header Order Import documents for a list of the required and standard fields. 2) Web Service call from 3PL Central open API to send back confirmed order information. Partial list of data to be sent is order number, shipping method, tracking number, sku, quantity, etc. Please refer to the attached Flexible Header Order information for a list of available fields. The 3PL Central web service call guidelines are attached to this proposal. Requirements: Programmer must be available between the hours of 9am-5pm EST for at least 2-3 hours per day. We prefer to work with a programmer in the United States, however we would be open to other options if there is good communication and we find a developer that can work quickly and writes very good code. The opportunity for additional Coldfusion work is definitely a possibility if we find the right programmer.
