Mariadb Cluster

You can't make a cluster with 2 nodes, have no quorum for that. Best approach in this case can be a master-master set up.

Hi, I hope your requirement is to install only Galera cluster. By the way which mariadb version are you running or planning to run? Version 10.1 onward's install the modules for Galera cluster at the time of Mariadb server install. The previous versions need manual install from the mariadb repo.
