A proof of concept, multi-player quiz competition demo. The program will be a standalone program, not an app, not a website. It will have pre-programmed responses and look like there are 20 players playing a timed game. The four or five preset responses will allow a user to choose answers from a set number of quiz questions and receive prompts as if the game were live. For example, an incorrect answer will light up red and go on to the next answer after providing the time involved in the answer and the users' standing among the fictitious group. A correct answer would light up green and provide time and standing, as well. Showing timing and including advertising messages are central to the project.

I read description. You need a program(probably desktop) in which, the user should see that he is in some online quiz( which he is actually not) and display advertising messages. Easy to do. I will do it as fast as possible. Message me so we can discuss the details about using what it should be made. (The bid amount can be reduced after knowing details). And the deadline is also, temporary. If its urgent I can do it in 1-2 days
