Refactor delphi point of sales software

Hi. I have a lot experience with the same arhitecture. for now my application is working with drag stores. One server with MySQL, middle level on PHP (convert MySQL to ClientDataSet binary format ) and client appllication on Delphi which are working with POS. The net has 20 stores with 3 POS in each. all this schema will be able to work without Interner as well. If there are some issues with net, then application writes all sales to DBF on local PC and after restore internet connection push all changes to DB. So i really can help you . We can change middle tier to DataSnap for example if you have Windows on Server or use mORMot with Lasarus on Unix server and mORMor on Delphi clients
